EASY TASTY TOMATO CHUTNEY

I found this chutney tasty n suitable for idli roti dosa etc
its easy too
Ingredients
1.tomato-based on required quantity
2.greenchilli-required
3.ginger-1 inch piece
peel the skin
4.corainder leaves-smallbunch
5.garlic -1 no.
6.salt-asper your taste
finely grind all into a smooth paste
In a kadai add seasoning with methi seeds, haldi powder,hing (asafoetida)
then when it splutters, add the ground paste and mix well.
turn off your stove when the flavour surrounds your kitchen

tomato chutney is ready!

ALMOND COOKIES

Ingrediants:

almonds-20gms

maida flour -1 cup

butter or ghee-1 cup

sugar -asper ones requirement
minimum of 1/2 cup

yelacchi-2-3

rava- a spoon

Method:

1.powder sugar with almonds n yelaichhi in a mixie

2.to that add maida ,rava and mix well and add butter /ghee
knead the flour well like u do it for chappati

3.do not add water

4.the flour must be kneaded well with ghee/butter

5.make shapes as desired it can be round oval heart shape etc

6.micro wave it on conventional mode for about 12-15 mts

7. rich almond cookies is ready for u

8.when it is done let the biscuits dry and u can serve

Note:baking consistency is as per our micro oven
so accordingly set time .

This is a very easy recipe .the preparation time is less .when my friend taught me i wondered such a easy thing .it tastes well.yummy indeed.

KIDS PULAV

Ingrediants:
carrot ,cabbage , beans ,finely chopped - onesmall cup
1 tsp oil
cumin seeds - 1-1/2 spoon
a pinch of garam masala
apinch of hing
water -2 cups
raw rice - 1 cup
1.In a pressure cooker add oil, cumin seeds , pinch of garammasala powder ,hing
2.Addthe chopped vegetables saute well for 2-3 mts
.now add salt
3. Then add water and washed rice
4.pressure cook this until one whistle.
note:cook in a low flame
rice and water ratio is 1:2
now a tasty easy pulav is ready for ur kids

This vegetable rice improves digestion and is tasty .
u can serve this with fresh curd for ur kids as a lunch
it would give them a filling feeling and healthy too .
