Ingrediants:
carrot ,cabbage , beans ,finely chopped - onesmall cup
1 tsp oil
cumin seeds - 1-1/2 spoon
a pinch of garam masala
apinch of hing
water -2 cups
raw rice - 1 cup
1.In a pressure cooker add oil, cumin seeds , pinch of garammasala powder ,hing
2.Addthe chopped vegetables saute well for 2-3 mts
.now add salt
3. Then add water and washed rice
4.pressure cook this until one whistle.
note:cook in a low flame
rice and water ratio is 1:2
now a tasty easy pulav is ready for ur kids
This vegetable rice improves digestion and is tasty .
u can serve this with fresh curd for ur kids as a lunch
it would give them a filling feeling and healthy too .
