I found this chutney tasty n suitable for idli roti dosa etc
its easy too
Ingredients
1.tomato-based on required quantity
2.greenchilli-required
3.ginger-1 inch piece
peel the skin
4.corainder leaves-smallbunch
5.garlic -1 no.
6.salt-asper your taste
finely grind all into a smooth paste
In a kadai add seasoning with methi seeds, haldi powder,hing (asafoetida)
then when it splutters, add the ground paste and mix well.
turn off your stove when the flavour surrounds your kitchen
tomato chutney is ready!
